Author Padma Aon and His New creation "Dimensions of Love"

Greetings H20 Family,

Author Padma Aon returned to the H20 this week, and of course we had another amazing conversation! Padma discussed his new creation "The Dimensions of Love", which is one of the most beautiful books about love I have read to date (seriously). One of the aspects that I love most about the book is that it is VERY honest about the perception of love, thus pondering what love is, and what it is not from human perceptive, and a divine one. As a society, we have been fed many different ideologies about the subject of love. As a result, human-beings have encountered more conflicts rather than solutions that REALLY solve the problem of love, and what that really means when giving it, and receiving it's beautiful essence. Societies consciousness has been indoctrinated with a human idealized form of love, instead of the divine essence of love, which is ever lasting/eternal. The sad truth of this reality that we find ourselves in, is that humanity is never, nor has been truly fulfilled from a deeper soul level because of these ingrained entrapment's of thinking (the proof is displayed in every aspect of society). For more on our conversation, check out our interview http://www.blogtalkradio.com/theh2onetwork/2011/10/18/author-padma-aon-returns-to-the-h20-network

More importantly, Padma has decided to give this wonderful book away for free (AWESOME!!!) http://www.padmaaon.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will be able to download the PDF form of the book, along with another wonderful creation by Padma Aon "Sacred Wounds, Original Innocence". I know that you will enjoy both of these beautiful books like I have. But, I have to warn you, fasten your seat belts it will truly bend your consciousness, and confront you with your deepest, and darkest secrets like never before!

Many Blessings and happy reading family,

The Eagle's Nest: Follow-up On What Happened On Sunday's Show: My Sister's Keeper

My Sister’s Keeper
When beginning the creative process for the show “My Sister’s Keeper” I started as I usually do in meditation, studying what it takes to be someone’s keeper. I have sisters. I have all kinds of sisters, blood sisters, sorority sisters, spiritual sisters and then my aunties who are sisters that are older than I, but I got sisters. As with every show there is always a surprise lesson in the message for me so when I saw this topic I began to think “wait a minute!! I am there for my sisters!!” I tried to pull on my mental roll-a-dex of positive things I have said and done for my many types of sisters throughout the years.
I sat there with my arms folded (which is not proper meditation form) and said
“See!!! I have been there for my sisters”
My spirit guide that is so loving and patient with me responded “and”.
And???
And??
That is lot, right??
Isn’t that enough?
I thought I was really doing something. But as I unfolded my arms and began to reflect I started to think about how much more was needed. It was not that I was not doing “enough” it was that so much MORE is needed. My sisters need my support, and I need theirs, period. But I am not special, at least not this day. I am not special in the idea that I need love and support from my peers. I am not special in the idea that I need a place where I can let my hair down and laugh and giggle with the best of them. I am not special in the idea that I need a shoulder to cry on when life beats me up and has me on the ropes. But then again I am special. We are all special. We all have emotional needs and that sister love it too important.
Some of the feedback I have received about this show is that is was the best show to date on The Eagle’s Nest!! I think everyone could relate with the need for sisterhood. The stories of being there for your friend, for your sisters were powerful and over flowing. My pillar Katrina who I have known and loved since 1992 called in and shared some of our crazy adventures together. I remembered all the situates she has helped me through from children to husbands and ex-husbands, through degrees and a thousand and one moves in between. My sister Aishah happened to be in the kitchen steps away from me “amen-ing” to all the comments. Momma Khadijah called in and educated us about the “womb” and how it connects all women to each other. AstroOrisa called in and shared the elevation of sisterhood which is womanhood and shared information about Egbe Moremi the women’s society of the Oyotunji Village. Momma Sauda called in with her “Sisterville Quilt”. This quilt is an expression of women and their interaction together.

Momma Sauda shared a touching story of the interaction of a woman and her daughter and their reaction to the beauty of the quilt. This is a must listen to show for every type of woman, to experience the love that is there within them.

A Message From The Ancestors: October 1, 2011

Greetings Family,
As some of you may know I am a spiritualist, and I would like to share that area of my life with you this season. As the H20 Network took a break before our fall season my ancestors, and my spirit guides have been pushing me to share some of that energy with the H20 family in our new season. So, as it stands, I will be posting messages from Eggun for the week, things to ponder, and or pay attention too as we live, and play in this physical reality. As my Ancestors, and guides enrich my life I hope they do the same for all of you:>) Many blessings, and may Yemaya always wash prosperity upon your doorstep always! ASHE!

 Iya Dia Nunez, Yemaya Adebiti

Cards Of The Week:

Caressa: You are at the end of a cycle in your life. Call upon your guides to comfort you,  and to guide you to your next step. Happiness awaits you.

Maya: Schooling, study, and education help your life's purpose, and personal growth at this time. Spirit will guide you, and help you with this process

Merlina: You are confused, and indecisive because you do not have enough information. Do research, or seek expert advice before making a decision.

Message From My Ancestors:

Don't be a copy cat just to keep up with someone else, and stop having the fear of being left behind. Be yourself, and everything will fall into place as it should be. Everyone has their own destiny, and road to follow. Please keep looking straight ahead because if you keep looking back at others you will not succeed at what you were brought here to do.

You are NOT TRAPPED! It may seem that there is no way out, but your perception is fooling you. Things are not always as they seem. Release your desire to control all. Learn to flow with the essence of the universe.

You have to have a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone. If not, CHANGE will never arrive at your door step. You have to step out side of your comfort zone

You must have a mindset of determination, following through regardless of what is presented...

The only competition is with yourself.

Have you examined your beliefs that stem from your childhood? Childhood beliefs could be impacting life choices.

The potential for a GREAT/SPIRITUAL awakening is happening now... Pay very close attention, so you don't miss the opportunity.

Are you seeking more adventure in your life..Add some spice to your life by doing something that you have never done before

The Eagle's Nest: Follow-up On What Happened On Sunday's Show, Guardian Angels, and Spirit Guides

Greetings H20, and Eagle's Nest Family,

Khadijah's show was awesome this past Sunday! So many wonderful callers and tons of advice!! Here's the link just in case you missed the show! It truly is a must listen! http://www.blogtalkradio.com/theh2onetwork/2011/10/02/the-eagles-nest-with-khadijah-seven

Here is what Khadijah had to say after the show:

Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides

After each show I usually say a few words to my producer and then I go check on my little ones that are suppose to be resting. After this show, my sleepy almost 6 year old was still up waiting for me to tuck him in.

Son: Momma, how was your show?
Momma: It was very nice, a lot of people called me
Son: What was your topping?
Momma: My topping?
Son: Yes the topping to the show?
Momma: The topic?
Son: Ok the topPICK. What was the topPICK?
Momma: Guardian Angels, sweetheart
Son: (rubbing his eyes) do I have Guardian angels?
Momma: Yes and you make them work very hard. Now let them rest and you get some sleep
Son: ok momma

I loved this show, it was a great way to usher in The Eagle’s Nest after a two week break. The topic of Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides is long over due. At The Eagle’s Nest we spend time speaking of “Ancestors”, our personal family members that have passed but are still protecting and watching over us. This was our first conversation about our guardian angels, our angels assigned to watch over us. My first thought of guardian angels was how special are we to have been given personal angels to protect and guide us along our way. The conversation was enlightening and we got to share into a few callers understanding and experience with their spirit guides.
“Trust works both ways”
During the show there will always be something that stands out in my mind, as my son said “what as the topping”. The topping for me was the understanding that as much as your guardian angels work with you, you must work with them. Understand with all relationships there must be give and take. If you never speak to your angels they are still going to do their job because their job was given to them by the highest source. If you develop a relationship with your angels that connection will be stronger and you will feel their loving presence so much more.
“Commitment and Consistency”
Relationships are not light switches. They do not turn on and off just because you walked into the room. In developing yourself spiritually and working on relationships with spiritual beings you must commit and be consistent. How many of us are being consistent with our spirituality? In order to feel growth you must stay the task.

FAMILY WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

American Indian Actor, and Activist Jay Tavare

Jay Tavare describes himself best when he says he is a storyteller and a citizen of the world. Born in the United States, Jay was privileged to spend much of his youth in Europe, and his career has taken him even farther abroad for extended stays on five of our seven continents. From his travels, Jay says he has learned that all cultures give us beauty to embrace and valuable lessons to learn about people and life.

Jay's acting performances in several Oscar winning films--with some of our era's most talented and acclaimed directors and actors--are the natural outcome of his eclectic life experiences and the direct result of his intense focus on excellence and dedication to authentic characters.
Jay's onscreen roles include:

* Pathfinder (Marcus Nispel, 2007) as Black Wing, with Karl Urban and Clancy Brown
* The Missing (Ron Howard, 2003) as Kayitah, with Cate Blanchett and Tommy Lee Jones
* Cold Mountain (Anthony Minghella, 2003) as Swimmer, Jude Law's Cherokee half brother and fellow Confederate army warrior
* Adaptation (Spike Jonze, 2002) as Matthew Osceola, the enigmatic Seminole orchid thief opposite Meryl Streep
* Street Fighter (1994) as Vega, the devilishly handsome and lethal Spanish Ninja
* Into the West (Steven Spielberg, 2005 mini-series) as Chief Prairie Fire opposite Keri Russell
* CSI Miami season finale, Going Ballistic (2009) as Manny Ortega.

For his role on CSI Miami Jay performed all his own stunts for the episode, including an astounding world class 23 story controlled free fall (more than 200 feet!) which was awarded an Emmy nomination. This sort of feat has given Jay an onset reputation as a bit of a daredevil. But it is more accurate to say he is master of an impressive repertoire of physical skills. Jay does not promote himself as a stuntman, but his experience as an athlete and dancer gives him the rare ability to create seamlessly believable characters by preparing and performing his own stunts when the role calls for it. It's no surprise directors and fellow actors recognize him for this.

As noteworthy as his film career already is, in the future we can expect Jay Tavare will be at least as well known for his complete creative projects. Jay has authored several screenplays already optioned for production, and he is about to officially launch his production company –Apache Dragon Productions. Jay has assembles a complete team of gifted and accomplished artists, and Apache Dragon is already making commercial videos and generating industry excitement with film scripts and screenplays in development.

Never content to express himself in just one or two creative venues, Jay is also an accomplished Native flutist and vocalist. Currently, Jay is partnering with award wining composer and musician, Alexander van Bubenheim, on the soon to be released album, Tears of a Shaman. Tears of a Shaman is the musical story of the ancestral Native vibrations, from cultures all over the world, that thrive deep inside each of us. It is an enchanting audio journey for the listener and it will be a visual adventure too. Jay and Alex are also developing a captivating multimedia stage show based on the album. Audiences will be surrounded and completely engrossed in 360 degrees of spectacular up close sights, sounds, music and live performance.

To balance and compliment his creative work, Jay dedicates time to several charitable and non-profit organizations. Especially near to his heart are the people on the Mescalero Apache reservation in New Mexico. Jay travels regularly to visit with the young people there and participate in their Honor Your Life program. And for more than seven years Jay has been the devoted celebrity spokesperson for Adopt A Native Elder, a non-profit benefiting the Navajo elders in Utah and Arizona.

On a personal note, Jay loves animals too and seems to always has at least one rescued dog or cat soul in his care. He has been an avid supporter of Samoyed and wolf-dog rescue organizations and was a devoted guardian to his own beloved Samoyed, Mohawk, and wolf-dog, Cheyenne, for years. These days Jay is seen around town most often with his best girl, the lovely and accomplished Miss Bardot, a rescued maltipoo turned brilliant service-dog. Rumor has it she has stolen his heart completely.

Lenon Honor's Human Empowerment Series: Sacred Wombs

Greetings Family,

This past week the H20 Network had a two part series with Musician, researcher, dedicated husband, and father this week http://www.blogtalkradio.com/theh2onetwork/2011/05/29/sacred-wombs-do-you-value-yourself-with-lenon-honor-part-1 and part two http://www.blogtalkradio.com/theh2onetwork/2011/06/01/sacred-wombs-do-you-value-yourself-with-lenon-honor-part-2

I have to say that this series was one of the most enlightening shows on the H20 Network for me, and many others who e-mailed me; not just for women, but for the men who were listening as well. Lenon, is opening the perception of how we as human-beings perceive each-other through the principal of the feminine, and male energies that we have incarnated into in this physical reality. What I really admire about Lenon, is that he's gives individuals real life examples through the essence of his own life experience. This is very important because powerful ideologies that are lived are much deeper, and much more profound in nature. In essence, something that is "lived" rather than just conceptualized means that one has been able to integrate higher information and use it from a practical essence.

For the human race it is extremely easy to conceptualize a concept than it is to live a principal, hence it gives one a sense of emotional dis-attachment. One of the most important elements of being a human-being is quite the opposite. Meaning, that it is our duty to "experience" from every level possible in order for growth to occur with-in us, and our communities. We can only empower ourselves through practice, and through practice things begin to shift in our physical lives, thus being the change that we seek.
